Northern Ireland Assembly Biographies

The Northern Ireland Assembly was suspended from midnight on Monday 14 October 2002 and was subsequently dissolved on Monday 28 April 2003. Elections to the Northern Ireland Assembly were held on 26 November 2003. The Secretary of State has currently assumed responsibility for the direction of the Northern Ireland Departments.
